Return/Exchange/Refund Policy published nov 04 2025

• Incorrect Item / Poor Quality: if you receive an incorrect item, or an item of poor quality, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order so we may find the best course of action to resolve the issue. This applies to stock and special order items.
• Special Order Items: Items labeled as SPECIAL ORDER may not be returned, refunded, or exhanged (other than for poor quality).
• Stock Items: Stock items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be in new unused condition.
• Customer Supplied Items: Items suppled by the customer, including but not limited to garments, caps, and drinkware, may be submitted for decoration with approved CVMA^® artwork and designs. Shark Creek Graphics will apply our experience and industry best practices to decorate each customer-supplied item. We can not be held liable for any damage to the item in our possession or through any decoration process. We do not offer refunds for decoration on customer-supplied items.
